The Countdown Is Over! Paylocity Goes Live December 28

After weeks of planning and preparation, we’re excited to officially go live with Paylocity on December 28. Thank you for your continued support and engagement as we transition to our new payroll and HR platform.

Clock In Using Kiosk Attachment

As we go live, please keep the following important details in mind:

All Team Members

  • Verify that your direct deposit and tax withholding information is accurate in Paylocity.
  • Enter approved time off for the first pay period (12/28-1/10) using the PTO spreadsheet here: Approved PTO 12/28 – 1/10.
    • PTO balances will be loaded into Paylocity by 1/10.

Hourly Team Members

  • Begin clocking in starting 12/28 using the Paylocity kiosk or website. Please follow proper clock-in and clock-out procedures, including meal periods if applicable, to ensure accurate time tracking.
  • A helpful guide is attached to this email. A recording of the team member training can be found here: Paylocity Training for Focal Point Team Members.

Leaders

  • Please verify your direct reports in Paylocity to ensure all information is accurate and complete. Any updates should be submitted using this link: Direct Report Acknowledgement.
  • You will receive a weekly email from Paylocity after each pay period ends prompting you to review and approve team member timecards.
  • Dedicated open office hours will be hosted by HR and Paylocity to support questions related to timecard approvals and payroll on 12/30 and 1/6. Calendar invites to follow.
