Below are the key dates and details you\u2019ll need to know.<br><br><strong>Key Dates<br><\/strong><br><strong>December 1, 2025<br><\/strong>Last day to make changes to your investment election, request investment transfers, plan loans (if available), withdrawals or distributions with Transamerica.<br><br><strong>December 2, 2025 \u2013 Week of December 28, 2025*<br><\/strong>Blackout period while retirement funds transition from Transamerica to Principal. During this time, you\u2019ll be temporarily unable to make changes or access your account.<br><br><strong>December 9, 2025<\/strong><br>Estimated date funds transfer to Principal.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: This completion date may vary depending on the accurate and timely transfer of data between Transamerica and Principal. You\u2019ll be notified if delays occur.
