We’re excited to share that we are preparing to launch our new enterprise-wide HR and payroll platform, Paylocity.

Paylocity will provide a user-friendly way to manage your pay, benefits, and other HR-related tasks. Whether you’re viewing paystubs, enrolling in benefits, or requesting time off, you will enjoy a simpler, more transparent, and consistent experience across our organization.

What’s better with Paylocity?

Paylocity offers a more user-friendly, intuitive experience that puts everything you need in one place. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Enhanced visibility — track time, benefits, and personal information seamlessly
  • Simplified workflows — no more jumping between systems or guessing who to contact
  • Mobile-friendly access — view paystubs, request time off, and check schedules from your phone

What can you expect?

  • First pay period begins December 28, 2025
  • All team members will attend live training sessions on November 18 at 10 AM ET or November 19 at 2 PM ET. You must register here for one of these sessions no later than November 7.
  • All supervisors (anyone with direct reports, managers, and executives) are required to attend Time & Labor and Performance training, use the below links to sign up no later than November 18:
    • Time & Labor: December 3 at 1 PM ET or December 4 at 11 AM ET
    • Performance: December 10 at 10 AM ET or December 11 at 3 PM ET
  • Sign up for your Paylocity user account: November 24  
    • Team members will receive an email and text message directly from Paylocity with a link to set up their account
    • You will verify your demographics, direct deposit, tax setup once signed in
  • First punch in Paylocity: December 28
  • Supervisor Q&A sessions:Join Here (Be on the lookout for calendar invites as well)
    • December 23 at 11 AM ETJanuary 6 at 11 AM ET
    • January 12 at 9:30 AM ET
  • First paycheck through Paylocity: January 15, 2026

Payroll Schedule Alignment – Legacy Signet Team Members

As part of the move to Paylocity, we are aligning our pay schedule enterprise-wide to ensure consistency across all teams. 

Legacy Signet team members will transition to a bi-weekly Thursday pay schedule beginning in January.

To support a smooth transition, a one-time paycheck covering December 21-27 will be issued on December 31, 2025.

First Full Pay in Paylocity:

  • Pay Period: December 28, 2025 – January 10, 2026
  • Pay Date: Thursday, January 15, 2026

A note about differences across teams:
Because each business unit has slightly different payroll and HR processes today, transition details may vary depending on where you work. Future communications will provide clear, tailored guidance based on your team and role, including timelines, trainings, and any action items.
