Your W-4 and 1095-C forms are now available online in ExponentHR. Please take a moment to review and download them for your records using the instructions below.

- Log in to ExponentHR
- Go to Time and Pay
- Select YTD Pay Summary
- In the top, right hand cornerselect View/Print Form W-2
- Click 2025
- Select Print to view, print or save
1095-C
- Log in to ExponentHR
- Go to Benefits
- Select Current Elections
- In the top, right hand corner select Form 1095-C
- Click 2025 to view, print or download
Important reminder
ExponentHR will sunset on April 15. After that date, you will no longer have access.
Please be sure to download and save the following before then:
- All pay stubs
- Previous W-4s
- Any other documents you may need for future reference
