Our First Enterprise Payroll in Paylocity 🎉

We’re excited to share a major milestone—our first enterprise-wide payroll has officially been processed in Paylocity!

Thank you for your patience, partnership, and flexibility as we worked through this important transition together. Getting to this point was no small feat, and we’re thrilled to be on the other side of this phase. Please take a moment to review the information below carefully, as it includes important updates and guidance moving forward.

How to View Your Pay check in Paylocity, Thursday 1/15:

  1. Login into Paylocity
  2. Navigating to My Profile â†’ Pay → Checks
  3. Select the applicable pay date to view your pay statement

Important Reminders:

  • 2026 Benefit Deductions – This payroll includes the first benefit deductions for elections made for 2026. Please review your pay check carefully to ensure deductions align with your elections. If you have a concern related to benefit deductions, you must email hr@focalpointcareco.com no later than January 21. After this date, changes will not be permitted outside of a qualifying life event.
  • Taxes – Tax tables may have changed for 2026. We strongly encourage you to review your tax withholdings.
  • Self-Service Updates – You may update your tax withholdings and personal information directly in Paylocity at any time.

Payroll Deadlines – Moving Forward:

To ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, the following payroll deadlines must be adhered to each Monday following payroll close. Our next payroll deadline is Monday, January 26.

  • Team Members – 12:00 PM EST
  • Supervisors – 2:00 PM EST
  • HR Team – 4:00 PM EST
